Since its beginning in 1973, Griffin "Dip" Kale and his wife Elsie, have operated Lake Norman Marina in Sherrills Ford, North Carolina. The Kales' genuine concern for the customer and excellent reputation for service have been the basis of the company's steady growth for over twenty-five years. Their enthusiasm has spread throughout the organization, resulting in a staff that goes the extra mile for its customers.

Their children continue the tradition. Their son Mark, works as General Manager and their daughter Rita, also assists on a part-time basis in a variety of capacities.

Because of its superior service, excellent facilities, and quality products at fair prices, Lake Norman Marina is recognized as one of the finest marine dealerships in the country today. This reputation has helped us to attract some of the most experienced personnel in the industry.
